Finally, after much anticipation The BBC Trust have given the iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch App in the UK the ‘green light’. Even though the list of BBC Apps were available outside the UK, they were never available in, strange you may think – the reasoning behind this is due to concerns over the BBC being anti-competitive.
However as said above, The BBC Trust have now allowed entry for the list of Apps starting with BBC News for iPhone/iPod Touch & iPad.
