Sony announced today; it’s launching two tablets, and both of them will run Android 3.0 – Honeycomb.
S1 is the name of one tablet, featuring a 9.4-inch screen. The other is the S2; this has a slightly different dual-screen concept. The device’s two 5.5-inch screens can be used either separately or together. It is also possible to fold the two screens onto each other, creating an easily portable device.
The tablets are both WiFi and 3G/4G compatible and features PlayStation Suite; “Sony’s new Android-friendly platform that allows users to download and play PlayStation games”.
These new tablets are set to be in stores by Autumn of this year. Prices have not yet been announced, but expect to see some extremely competitive prices.
